London

4 days in London:

How awesome it was to turn up in London to stay with Ben & Nellie and family in lovely St John's Wood. Great to hang out with their kids and explore the city as well as have some time playing in their garden and play room!  Thanks so much for having us guys.

We spent the first day cruising around St John's Wood, Primrose Hill, Regents Park and Canal and up to Camden markets.

The next few days we hit the sights and ate quite a few sandwiches and croissants from pret a manger (I got them hooked).

Amelia as Winston Churchill at the Cabinet War Rooms

We did a bit of time on the tube, double decker buses and the Big Bus Tour.

Harrods!

Last day caught up with cousin Anna Grieve at Spittalfield markets, cruised Covent Garden watching the street performers  and then went to the Lion King at the Lyceum Theatre, which was incredible - even though everyone except me and Amelia was asleep at some point due to jet lag. Favourite song (unanimous) : He lives in you.

Amelia says: I love london because it is so neat and old I think that Hamleys is a bit better than Harrods it was  spectacular!

Zoe says: My favourite thing in London was Pret A Manger because I liked the croissants.

Harvey says: I liked how there was so much public transport in London and all the historic buildings Pret was really good as well.

Getting close

9 days to go.....the weight of work and home lists is heavy but the excitement is building. Look what I found from our Bali trip last year:

Soon it will be Nerds on Tour again!
